“Nunsensations: The Nunsense Vegas Revue” takes the
sisters on a brand new adventure. When a parishioner volunteers to
donate $10,000 to the sisters’ school if they will perform in
a club in Las Vegas, Mother Superior is hesitant to accept.
However, after being convinced by the other sisters that “what
happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” Reverend Mother agrees. What
follows is the most feather-filled, sequin-studded, fan
dancing Nunsense show ever! Performing in “The Pump Room” at the
Mystique Motor Lodge, the sisters experience “show-biz” like
never before. You’ll meet Sin-City Sue, find out who’s Black
and White with Her Money on Red, and try to win a new car with the
“Holy Rollers Giant Slot Machine.” Taking a line from another
show, a critic pointed out, “It’s a whole lot funny and a
little bit naughty, but there ain’t nothin’ dirty goin’ on!”

Hollywood has arrived in Natchez, Mississippi with its brightest
stars to film Raintree County. Meanwhile at
Clemmie's, a Natchez tea room, the widowed proprietor who has a
fascination with movies and a secret admirer, oversees her own cast
of characters: Tootie, her take charge friend; Jo Beth, a former
beauty queen; Glease, a man more comfortable with women than
macho men, and Marjorie, an unethical social climber. Competition
for a small role in the movie brings out the best and worst of these
memorable characters. Twists, turns and revelations lead Clemmie to

A

Synopsis: This comedy deals with the very funny
misfortunes of a famous television actress who seeks to get "away from
it all" in a small New England Town. Fed up with the pressure and
demands of her acting career, the famous Myra Marlowe leases a house
in the tiny New England hamlet of Beaver Haven, and settles down to
write her autobiography. She is successful in turning aside the offers
pressed on her by her long-time agent, but dealing with her nosy,
omnipresent neighbors is a different matter.
Sabrina Fair
by Samuel Taylor Performances: April 25,
26, 27; May 2, 3, 4 Synopsis: Sabrina Fair
is a modern version of the Cinderella fable. The story is set
on Long Island in the 1950's, and deals with the involvement between a
very rich family named Larrabee and Sabrina Fairchild, the daughter of
their family chauffeur. She is bright, well-educated, and has just
returned from five years in Paris, where she has done a brilliant job
as an executive in a U.S. government overseas office. She has come
home to find out if she is still in love with the younger Larrabee
son, David. The elder son, Linus, a cynical, good-humored tycoon who
has taken control of the family fortune, detects Sabrina's feeling for
his brother, and for his own amusement lays a trap to bring them
together. It works: David falls in love with Sabrina and wants to
marry her. At the same time, a rich young Frenchman who has known
Sabrina in Paris turns up and asks her to marry him. Faced with this
dilemma, Sabrina discovers marriage may not be what she wants after
all. Rounding out the characters are the overbearing Larrabee matron
Maude, her cynical friend Julia, the going-to-funerals for enjoyment
patriarch Mr. Larrabee, their maid Margaret, and Sabrina's father who
has a secret all his own.
